Foam Roller Class

If you have not had the opportunity to experience the benefits of self myofascial release, give the Foam Roller Class at Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center a try! Our class incorporates a foam roller and small exercise balls to release hard-to-reach areas.

A few of the benefits to foam rolling are:

  • Correction of muscle imbalances
  • Muscle relaxation
  • Improved joint range of motion
  • Reduced soreness and improved tissue recovery
  • Suppression/reduction of trigger point sensitivity and pain
