Condition with Nutrition

The path to a healthier lifestyle begins with the first step! Join us for Condition with Nutrition to take control of your diet and exercise routine in a supportive environment.

This 30-day program combines the best of both worlds: exercise and nutrition. Meet with a Certified Personal Trainer three times per week and a Certified Nutrition Coach one time per week to help you achieve your goals.

Condition with Nutrition includes:

  • Twelve personal training sessions, 45 minutes each
  • Four nutrition coaching sessions, 30 minutes each
  • One BodyGem Analysis, a test used to determine resting metabolic rate (RMR) for optimal weight loss
