The new Precor Ellipticals have arrived! Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center has added 10 new ellipticals to the fitness floor and two new ellipticals up on the track.

Please be sure to ask one of our Fitness Specialists on the floor to assist you with any questions you may have when using them for the first time. We are here to help you get acclimated to the new equipment through set-up assistance.


With more than 100 pieces of cardiovascular and strength equipment, plus a wide variety of resistance equipment, you will be able to complete your workout at Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center without having to wait for machines. Our nationally certified trainers are available to provide instruction on the proper use of our equipment to support your personal fitness goals.

Incorporating a variety of exercise equipment into your fitness routine increases your strength, endurance and functionality. Three separate categories of equipment—resistance, aerobic and functional machines—provide you with the tools you need to achieve your fitness goals. Our complete line-up of equipment includes:

  • Elliptical cross training machines
  • Free weights
  • Rowing machines
  • Stair climbers
  • Treadmills
  • Variable resistance equipment
  • Vertical climbers
  • Upright and recumbent cycles

Cleanliness is a top priority. In addition to encouraging members to wipe down equipment after each use, our fitness team is proactive in cleaning the equipment throughout the day.
