Fitness Assessments

Fitness assessments at Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center are administered by one of our certified fitness specialists. They use the technologically advanced MicroFit® program to provide you accurate information about your current fitness levels, body composition, cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, blood chemistry and other baseline measurements. The results of your assessment are essential for developing your personalized fitness program. Track your progress through regular assessments and documentation of your achievements.

Initial Fitness Assessment and Orientation

The initial fitness assessment is an hour-long test that provides you with baseline statistics tailored to plan the perfect training regimen. Your assessment will test your total cholesterol and glucose, resting heart rate and blood pressure, body composition, muscular strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. With our MicroFit® software, you can expect accurate results to develop the perfect routine for your fitness goals!

The equipment orientation is an hour-long appointment that will get you acclimated with our full line of fitness equipment. One of our fitness specialists will be with you step by step to answer any questions and help you get the most out of your membership.
