Survive Strong

In collaboration with Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital's Rehabilitative Services, Survive Strong is a cancer-related fatigue program designed for individuals diagnosed with any stage of cancer who are experiencing fatigue or weakness, or are unsure how to initiate exercise. The program combines group exercise sessions with a personal trainer and nutrition counseling.
