Boot Camp

During this 60-minute group workout, a certified fitness specialist will integrate push-ups, squats and other strength builders with running, sprinting drills and plyometrics designed to increase speed and build cardiovascular endurance.

Personal Training

Athletes who work out with a certified personal trainer get results! Use the knowledge and motivation of our professionals to achieve maximum gains and improve your speed, agility, balance and power. Training sessions are flexible, customized and focus on your unique fitness goals.

Pilates Reformer Training

The Pilates Reformer incorporates Pilates exercise with an advanced exercise machine, resulting in a challenging and strengthening workout. Springs and body weight serve as your resistance as you perform controlled, flowing movements on the Reformer.

In our one-on-one and group sessions, you’ll see changes in muscular and core strength, as well as increased endurance and flexibility. The Pilates Reformer is excellent for golfers, swimmers, baseball and tennis players.

Team Training

Team Training is a six-week, high-intensity team workout with the Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center certified personal trainer of your choice. Combining individualized attention with the energy of a group, this program can help you meet your sports conditioning goals. Workouts focus on strength and cardio intervals training, plyometrics and cardiovascular endurance.

Triathlon Training

If you are currently training for a triathlon or interested in beginning, join our Triathlon Training sessions. Tri-umph Triathlon Training was voted Chicago’s Best Triathlon Training Group by Competitor magazine. Sessions include Swim Transitions, In-Season and Women’s Triathlon Training.
