Due to unforeseen circumstances, the pool maintenance scheduled to start on August 6th will be postponed until further notice. The lap pool, warm-water therapy pool and co-ed whirlpool will remain open and we will keep you updated as additional information becomes available.
Limited water classes will be held between Monday, August 6th and Sunday, August 19th
We are improving the floor in the Main Studio starting Tuesday, August 21 through Thursday, August 23, 2018. During this time some classes will either be cancelled, moved and/or modified.

Members are responsible for their guests. All guests are required to pay a guest fee for each visit, register at the Member Services desk, complete and sign a Guest Registration Form and submit a current form of photo identification.
Guests may use Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center a maximum of six times in a 12-month period. After six visits as a guest, they must become a member in order to continue using the club.
Please remember that you are required to sign your receipts at the Forest Café, Membership Services or FitKids Club™ when charging to your house account. Thank you for your compliance.
Members may request that their membership be placed on medical hold with the following restrictions:
We have received numerous complaints from members about other members using their cell phones on the fitness floor and in the locker room.
Cell phones may be used in the café, library and lobby areas only. If you are observed using your cell phone outside of these areas, a staff member will politely remind you of our policy.
