From Pilates, ballet and yoga to Body Pump, R.I.P.P.E.D. and Spin, more than 130 cutting-edge classes are held seven days a week at various times to fit your schedule. Classes are led by qualified, certified group exercise instructors who will inspire and guide you to meet your fitness goals.
In addition to workouts in our Main, Mind/Body and Spin Studios, we offer a full selection of classes designed especially for the active older adult. Aqua classes and arthritis classes in our Warm Water Therapy Pool help maintain mobility and increase strength.
