Tri-umph Triathlon Training works with athletes from beginners to Ironman, 5K to marathons. At Tri-umph, our coaches will tailor your training program, experience and desired race schedule. The main focus is on smaller groups coached by certified, experienced coaches to provide individualized feedback.
Our In-Season Training programs include both group and individual training. These programs meet weekly to help keep you motivated and challenged along with other athletes who share similar passions. Program training varies weekly by focusing on technique, strength, endurance, speed, flexibility and balance.
This class is designed to increase speed through the water and improve overall endurance. You will be coached on proper swim technique and receive challenging workouts. Space is limited.

This two-hour class combines challenging weekly swim workouts—which are designed to help you improve your technique, speed and endurance in the water—with dry-land core, functional and strength training, spinning, running and other cross-training, including yoga. You will improve your core strength and flexibility while increasing speed and building endurance.
